About Myron
Myron Plett is Vest Estate Law's Managing Wills and Estates Lawyer for its Vancouver and Kamloops offices, with nearly twenty years of litigation experience before the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Residential Tenancy Branch, and the BC Human Rights Tribunal. His practice spans family law, wills and estates, contracts and leases, real estate, criminal law, and corporate and commercial transactions. Before law, Plett performed for years as a classical pianist, conductor, and musical theatre performer, with work broadcast by the CBC, and he was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2008. His cases include Chilton v. McDowell, in which he successfully argued that a marriage-like relationship existed despite the couple not having combined all their finances, and Skene v. Ucluelet (District), in which he successfully challenged an uncertain right-of-way for a boardwalk.
