About Rachel
Rachel is a partner in the firm's Banking & Financial Services practice group, advising Canadian and international lenders on cash flow, asset-based, fund finance and infrastructure loans. She previously worked in the law group of RBC Capital Markets and as general counsel and COO at a fintech lender, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2012 after earning her J.D. from the University of Windsor.
