About Rachel
Rachel Gador is an associate lawyer at BARTLAW LLP, called to the Ontario bar in June 2023 after graduating in the top 4% of her class at Osgoode Hall Law School. She practises exclusively in Canadian immigration and citizenship law, with particular interest in Federal Court litigation, refugee claims, and inadmissibility matters, and has appeared before the Federal Court, immigration and refugee tribunals, and the Canada Border Services Agency. Rachel has helped clients with humanitarian and compassionate applications, temporary resident visas, refugee claims, family sponsorship, and responses to inadmissibility allegations. She articled and worked as an associate at Desloges Law Group before joining BARTLAW in 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Science with a minor in psychology from Dalhousie University.
