Alina Sklar is a Toronto lawyer who practices criminal law, immigration and refugee law, and civil litigation. She holds a Licentiate of Civil Law and a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa's National Program. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Criminal Lawyers' Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Association of French-speaking jurists of Ontario, and serves on the board of ACFO-Toronto.
