About Carrie

Carrie is a partner at BARTLAW LLP focusing heavily on Federal Court judicial review applications in immigration matters. She has practiced exclusively in Canadian immigration and citizenship law since joining the firm in August 2011, moving from associate to partner in 2019. Her work includes work permit applications, labour market impact assessments and employer compliance reviews for corporate and individual clients, along with permanent residence cards, citizenship, humanitarian and compassionate applications, and refugee claims. Before joining BARTLAW, she worked as a law clerk at the Federal Court. Carrie holds a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University and a JD from Western University's law school, and was admitted to the bar in 2010.
