About Shaun
Shaun Frost is a lawyer at Murphy Battista LLP in Kelowna. After nearly two decades working for Canada's largest insurers and other institutional clients, including 18 years in insurance defence litigation with one of the province's top insurance firms, he re-focused his practice to represent individuals. That background gives him insight into how insurers assess claims, evaluate risk, and approach litigation and settlement. Shaun has broad litigation experience in personal injury, insurance, and medical malpractice claims, and is known for his practical advice and calm approach. He earned his LLB from the University of Saskatchewan in 2008 and a BA in political science from the University of British Columbia in 2003, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2009.
