About Neil
Neil Davie's practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisition, financing, leasing, development and sale of residential, industrial, office and retail properties for local, national and offshore clients. He advises clients from rezoning through to building occupancy and has worked on complex phased and mixed-use developments in the Lower Mainland. He is the former chair of the Vancouver Real Property Section of the BC Branch of the Canadian Bar Association and a contributing author to the BC Real Estate Practice Manual. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (UBC, 2001) and a Bachelor of Science (UBC, 1997), was admitted to the British Columbia bar in 2002, and is ranked in Chambers Canada, Chambers Global, Best Lawyers in Canada and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for real estate.
