About Raashi

Raashi Ahluwalia works in labour and employment law, human rights, administrative law, and civil litigation, representing trade unions and their members through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings before the BC Provincial and Supreme Courts. Her practice covers workplace disputes such as discrimination, disability and pension benefits, discipline and termination, and workplace safety, as well as insolvency and creditors' remedies matters. Before joining the firm she was in-house litigation counsel at a pension and disability benefits trust and, prior to immigrating to Canada, worked as in-house entertainment industry counsel in India. She is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi and conversant in Urdu.
