About Heather

Heather Kennedy grew up in Vancouver in a family with deep union ties. After starting law school at Osgoode Hall, she transferred back to the University of British Columbia to finish her Juris Doctor and was called to the BC bar in May 2012. Her early career included a stint at a general litigation firm in Vancouver, six years practicing criminal law as an agent for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada, and a period adjudicating internal appeals at WorkSafeBC before she joined Koskie Glavin Gordon as an associate.
