About Quita
Quita Brunt's practice centres on business law, advising on corporate structures, reorganizations, shareholders' agreements, share and asset sales, startups, and commercial leases. On the real estate side, she focuses on private mortgage lending and residential real estate. Brunt earned her J.D. with first class honours from Bond University Law School in 2010 and a Bachelor of Arts with honours from the University of Calgary in 2005. She was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2012 and serves as treasurer of the Riverbend Calgary Youth Justice Board.
