About Pritpal
Pritpal Mann is an associate working primarily on the class action team, handling a range of class actions, multi-plaintiff actions and individual claims, including institutional abuse and negligence, securities misrepresentation, consumer protection and professional negligence matters. He has appeared on motions, appeals and at trial in Ontario courts as well as on motions before the Superior Court of Québec. During law school he volunteered extensively, representing low-income tenants in eviction proceedings, helping immigrants obtain citizenship, drafting wills for veterans and working on a podcast about access to justice during the pandemic, work that earned him the Perkins Coie Diversity and Inclusion Award. Pritpal holds a J.D. from Western Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2023 after articling and summering at the firm. He speaks English and Punjabi.
