About Waseem
Waseem Jarjis is an associate in the Banking and Financial Services Group at Goodmans. He completed his J.D. in 2020 through a joint program between the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. While in law school, he served as vice-president academic for Windsor Law and received the J.W. Whiteside Award, the Brad Hodgson Memorial Award, and a Student Leadership Scholarship. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021. Before joining Goodmans, Jarjis worked in the banking and financial services group of a mid-sized Toronto law firm, focusing on mid-market lending deals. He has supported Movember for more than a decade, including a term as co-president of his school's Movember Committee, helping raise over thirty thousand dollars for men's health. Jarjis has received recognition from The Legal 500 Canada for his banking and finance work.
