About Poonam

Poonam Pabla was born and raised in Surrey and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University before completing her Juris Doctor at Thompson Rivers University. She was called to the bar in 2024, and prior to joining Kent Employment Law held a general civil litigation practice, appearing before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and various tribunals. She is fluent in Punjabi.
