About Philip
Philip Cho's practice at DWF Group focuses mainly on construction, class actions and professional liability, and he is building out a practice in cyber and privacy matters as well. He is called to the bar in both British Columbia and Ontario, having represented clients before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia, along with Ontario's Small Claims Court and, separately, its Superior Court of Justice. During law school he was involved in the Business Law Clinic, the Pan-Asian Law Society and the softball team, and served as an editor of the school's peer-reviewed journal, Appeals: Review of Current Law and Law Reform. He sits on the firm's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2023 after being called in British Columbia in 2022.
