About Tracy

Tracy Kay is a lawyer and partner at EY Law LLP with more than 30 years of experience advising employers on hiring, executive compensation, employment policies, labour relations, workplace investigations and terminations. She also assists with employment litigation before courts and administrative tribunals. Before joining EY, she was a partner at a Toronto law firm where she led the Employment Law Department. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association.
