Jennifer Ronalds is an associate at Stewart McKelvey in Halifax with 17 years of practice experience, including ten years as in-house legal counsel and three years as acting general counsel for a major public sector employer. She has represented national corporations, provincial health authorities, and a municipal police service in both private practice and in-house roles. Her work spans workplace investigations, harassment and discrimination complaints, labour relations, and accommodation issues under human rights and occupational health and safety legislation. Ronalds appears before various courts and administrative tribunals on matters including human rights, labour arbitration, and wrongful and constructive dismissal claims. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and French from Dalhousie University and an LLB from the Dalhousie University Schulich School of Law. She was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2007, followed by New Brunswick in 2010 and Alberta in 2014.
