Ken Burgess is a Vancouver business lawyer with more than twenty-five years of experience advising domestic and international corporate clients on business formation, commercial finance, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder rights, and commercial real estate development. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Sauder School of Business (1982) and an LL.B. from UBC (1983), and was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 1984.
