About David
David Cuninghame graduated from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University and was called to the bars of both British Columbia and Ontario in 2020. Before law school he completed two Bachelor of Arts degrees, one in History and one in English. He maintains a broad practice focused on litigation, dispute resolution, business law, and estate planning, and has advised entrepreneurs, small business owners, and individuals on civil and commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, employment matters, lease and shareholder agreements, licensing arrangements, confidentiality agreements, contract negotiation, and debt recovery. He also assists clients with wills, powers of attorney, estate planning, and estate administration.
