About Peter
Peter Douglas is an associate at Lenczner Slaght who focuses on complex commercial disputes, class actions, and product liability cases, often involving multiple parties across several jurisdictions. He has represented clients from the consumer goods, insurance, and real estate development industries in these matters and has appeared before every level of court in Ontario. Before joining the firm, he worked at a national firm defending automotive manufacturers against product liability and consumer class action claims, and he also handled corporate commercial and real estate disputes. Peter completed his JD at Queen's University, where he won the Queen's Law Prize for top standing in Civil Procedure, and he studied on exchange at the University of Glasgow.
