About Abby

Abby Deshman was called to the Ontario bar in 2009 and holds an LL.M. from New York University. She practises public law, constitutional rights and systemic legal challenges involving policing and prisons, and previously spent over a decade at the Canadian Civil Liberties Association in leadership roles, and served as a policy advisor to Ontario's Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services.
