About Peter
Peter is a Partner and senior member of BOYNECLARKE LLP's Family Law Team, with over 25 years of experience in collaborative family law and alternative dispute resolution. He works with clients to resolve family matters outside the courtroom where possible, focusing on practical, fair outcomes. Peter earned his LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 1992 and has practised family law in the Dartmouth area since the early 1990s. He sits on the Nova Scotia Supreme Court Liaison Committee for family matters and is a member of the Collaborative Family Law Association of Nova Scotia.
