Peter Bouzalas is a partner in the firm's Toronto office with a practice focusing on corporate and commercial law with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters for private companies and private equity funds, both domestically and internationally. He assists business clients with incorporation, organization, financing, and drafting of shareholder, partnership and joint venture agreements. He provides advice to clients in banking, construction, entertainment, gaming, manufacturing, software and waste management, and frequently advises US-based companies and private equity funds venturing into Canada.
