About Perry

Perry R. Mack, K.C. is senior litigation counsel at Peacock Linder Halt & Mack LLP with nearly forty years of experience in litigation, arbitration, and mediation across commercial, governmental, insurance, regulatory, professional, and individual matters. He has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada, and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2002, was a three-time elected bencher of the Law Society of Alberta, and served as its President in 2008. Mack was named Alberta Litigator of the Year by Benchmark Canada in 2016 and received its Hall of Fame distinction in 2022, and is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell for professional ability and ethical standards.
