About Emi
Emi R. Bossio clerked at the Alberta Court of Appeal and the Court of King's Bench before being admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1997. She practices exclusively in corporate commercial litigation with an emphasis on oil and gas, employment, shareholder, and other contractual disputes, and has represented operators, producers, mid-streamers, and processors across the oil and gas sector. She has also acted as conflicts counsel to trustees and monitors and represented creditors in BIA, receivership, and CCAA proceedings, appearing before administrative tribunals and at all court levels including the Supreme Court of Canada. She has been recognized by Benchmark Litigation as one of the Top 25 Female Litigators in Canada and rated by Best Lawyers in Canada for corporate commercial litigation, appellate advocacy, alternative dispute resolution, and labour and employment.
