About Cristina

Cristina Baer is an associate at Bishop & McKenzie in Edmonton, where she was born and raised. After earning her JD from the University of Alberta, she moved to Toronto to complete her articles as duty counsel with Legal Aid Ontario in criminal and family law, and has worked as a litigator since. She returned to Edmonton in 2018 and has practised general civil litigation at small and mid-sized local firms, appearing before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Alberta. She represents both corporate and individual clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters.
