About Perry
Perry Armitage joined McQuarrie in January 1994 and is a senior litigator focused on personal injury claims. He has extensive BC Supreme Court trial experience, including examinations for discovery, pre-trial applications, and mediations, and has secured a $2 million trial award and a $2.2 million mediated settlement for injury clients. He prioritizes negotiated settlements where a favourable result is achievable, and has chaired McQuarrie's Associates Committee since 2002. He belongs to the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
