About Cindy
Cindy Zheng advises both individuals and corporations across several areas of practice. On the corporate-commercial side, she negotiates and drafts service agreements, lease agreements, and purchase and sale agreements. Her employment law work includes drafting contracts and policies and handling wrongful dismissal, human rights, and settlement matters, while her personal and business succession planning practice covers wills, powers of attorney, and trust documents. She sits on the board of DIVERSEcity Community Resources Society and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association.
