About Kristal
Kristal M. Low was called to the BC Bar in 2008 and joined Guild Yule LLP in 2010. Her defence litigation practice focuses on professional negligence in the health and education fields, complex personal injury claims, and employment law, including advising employers on terminations, employment contracts, workplace investigations, and human rights issues. She has appeared before all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and has been recognized by Benchmark Canada as a Future Star since 2020 and in Best Lawyers in Canada for Health Care Law since 2024. Low volunteers providing pro bono legal services through the Access Pro Bono Clinic.
