About Isaac

Isaac E. Shieh practises civil and commercial litigation, representing clients in contractual disputes, shareholder and corporate matters, real estate disputes, and claims involving fraud and negligence. He has particular experience in complex fraud litigation, including securities fraud, corporate fraud, forgery, and misappropriation, and regularly appears before regulatory and administrative tribunals as well as courts in British Columbia. Isaac has more than a decade of legal experience in both Canada and the United States. In British Columbia, he practised at the Vancouver office of a major Western Canadian law firm, where he advised and represented a government regulatory agency in enforcement proceedings. In the United States, he served as a prosecutor with a state attorney general's office in the organized crime bureau, investigating and prosecuting large-scale criminal conspiracies and supervising wiretap operations. He speaks Mandarin Chinese.
