About Paul

Paul Vigneron trained in law in France, holding a Master's degree in business and enterprise law, a Master II, and a university diploma in wealth management from the Université de Montpellier, and specialized in business law. He moved to Quebec in 2017 and obtained an equivalence of a Bachelor of Laws from Université de Montréal, granted by the Barreau du Québec, and is now a practicing lawyer registered with both the Barreau de Montréal and the Barreau de Paris. His knowledge of French, Quebec and Canadian law lets him advise a largely francophone international clientele, assisting businesses of all sizes with formation, growth, contractual compliance and investment structuring. Trained in France in competition and distribution law, he handles franchise law matters and anti-competitive practices before the courts and in private arbitration, and has developed an interest in immigration law, having gone through the process himself. He has authored a study on the concept of significant imbalance in distribution law and co-authored analyses of corporate governance in banking and financial institutions and of French tax-law deadlines.
