About Paul

Paul Roy has a general practice at TDS's Brandon office focused on property development, commercial transactions, and agribusiness. He was a founding member of the Roy, Johnston & Co. firm in Brandon in 1978, which is now part of TDS. Paul has instructed in the Manitoba Real Estate Association's mandatory continuing education program from 2002 to 2012 and chaired a Law Society of Manitoba continuing education session on real estate conveyancing in the Brandon edition in 2016. He is a professional member of the Canadian Condominium Institute, and earned his B.A. in Political Science in 1974 and his LL.B. in 1977, both from the University of Manitoba, before being called to the Manitoba bar in 1978.
