About Paul
Paul Rattan is a partner at Warren Sinclair LLP practising corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, commercial and residential real estate, commercial leasing, and business purchases and sales. He grew up in Red Deer, attended Red Deer College, and earned his Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction in 2009 and his Juris Doctor in 2012, both from the University of Alberta. Paul serves on the Board of Governors of Red Deer Polytechnic and is a past president and board member of the Piper Creek Optimist Club, in addition to being a member of the Red Deer Golf and Country Club and a past board member of the Red Deer College Alumni Association.
