About Barry

Barry Hamilton is counsel with Warren Sinclair LLP, practising in civil litigation, corporate and commercial law, family law, real estate, and wills, estate planning and trusts. Barry earned a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan in 1971 and 1974, and was appointed King's Counsel in 2004. Barry is a member of the Central Alberta Bar Association and the Lawyer Referral Program, and has served as a board member of Living Stones Church in Red Deer and as past president of the Central Alberta Housing Society. Barry was also a past member of the Law Society of Alberta's Access to Justice Committee from 2011 to 2013.
