About Chris

Chris Warren is counsel with Warren Sinclair LLP and one of the firm's three founding partners in 1982, growing the practice from three lawyers to twenty. Raised in the Delburne area near Red Deer, he earned a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in history and political science from the University of Alberta in 1976 and his Bachelor of Laws from the same university in 1979, articling in Edmonton before moving to Red Deer in 1980. His practice covers corporate and commercial law, real estate and developments, wills, estate planning and trusts, and business purchases and sales. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1998 and has been active in the community, including as a director of the Ed Stelmach Community Foundation, a member of the Red Deer Rotary Club, and past president of the Progressive Conservative Association of Alberta.
