About Colton

Colton Smethurst is an associate at Warren Sinclair LLP practising family law, real estate, wills and estate planning, and employment law. Born and raised in Red Deer, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Royal University in 2017, with a double major in General Management and Supply Chain Management and a minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, before completing his law degree with honours at the University of Essex in 2020. Colton volunteers with the Community Legal Clinic and coaches volleyball in his spare time.
