About Emily

Emily K. Latimer is an associate at MHR Law LLP, practicing across the firm's Olds, Didsbury and Innisfail offices. She focuses on business and corporate law, real estate, and wills and estate planning. Emily earned her Bachelor of Arts in sociology, with distinction, from the University of Calgary in 2019, followed by her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta in 2023, and she was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 2024. Raised on a purebred cow-calf operation south of Olds, she brings the values of hard work and attention to detail to each file. Emily joined MHR Law in May 2025 and enjoys helping on her family's farm, reading and skiing in her spare time.
