About Seva

Seva Batkin began a career as a communications and computer engineer before moving into law, clerking at the BC Supreme Court before being called to the bar. Batkin's practice covers commercial disputes, wills and estates, trusts, technology matters and First Nations governance, drawing on the engineering background to build practical, cost-effective litigation strategies. Before co-founding Fraser Litigation Group, Batkin was a partner at a major regional firm specializing in commercial and trust litigation, and remains involved in the community managing minor hockey teams and metalwork.
