About Jessica

Jessica Golosky joined Gluckstein Lawyers as an articling student in 2017 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2018. Her personal injury practice covers motor vehicle claims, occupiers' liability, medical negligence, sexual assault claims, insurance litigation, and disability matters, and she has appeared at every level from Small Claims Court up to the Court of Appeal for Ontario, as well as before tribunals such as the License Appeal Tribunal and the Social Benefits Tribunal. She earned her J.D. from Western University's Faculty of Law, graduating on the Dean's Honour List and receiving the Law Society of Ontario's Prize for academic excellence, after completing an Honours Bachelor of Science with high distinction at the University of Toronto. Jessica is active with the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, where she has written and spoken on legal issues and represented the association as an intervenor in appeals. She was named to the 2024 and 2025 editions of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada for personal injury litigation.
