About Antony

Antony Drake is an associate at Kostyniuk & Greenside, which he joined in 2025 after a decade representing plaintiffs, focusing on personal injury and medical malpractice claims. He now defends insurers and their insureds. Educated first in science and medicine, he brings a background in assessing injuries and impairments to his current work defending tort claims and no-fault accident benefits claims. He studied law at the University of Toronto and was called to the Ontario bar in 2014. He has appeared in Superior Court and before administrative tribunals including the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Health Professions Appeal & Review Board, the Social Benefits Tribunal, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
