About Tamara

Tamara Kljakic is an associate in Osler's disputes group. Her practice combines general civil and commercial litigation with growing work in corporate and securities disputes, class action defence, and matters involving fast-growing companies. She has handled cases defending banks, retailers, and other clients against consumer and privacy-related class claims, and has worked on mergers and acquisitions, including governance and shareholder disputes tied to those deals. While in law school, Kljakic served as a research assistant to Professor Richard H. McLaren on insolvency, restructuring, and sport law matters. She holds a J.D. from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the same school, where she double-majored in psychology and sociology/criminology. Kljakic joined Osler as a summer student in 2021 and completed her articles in 2022 and 2023.
