About Michael

Custer practises commercial litigation, employment law, energy law, insurance and tort liability, and regulatory advocacy, and has co-authored articles on the Grassy Mountain coal project's judicial review. Custer published on statutory interpretation in the Alberta Law Review and is a member of the French-speaking Legal Professionals Association of Alberta. Custer was called to the Alberta Bar in 2019.
