About Patrick
Patrick Mah is a partner in the financial services group at Osler's Calgary office, where his practice covers corporate financing matters including banking transactions, corporate and commercial loans, and real estate financing. He represents borrowers, lenders, administrative agents, and sponsors in transactions ranging from bilateral credit facilities to cross-border syndicated loans, working across sectors such as healthcare, retail, trade, and hospitality. Before joining Osler, Patrick was a partner at another Canadian law firm. He holds a J.D. from the University of Manitoba and a B.A. from the University of British Columbia.
