About Patrick

Patrick Dolan previously served as General Counsel for Atria Development Corporation and Dragados Canada Inc., and is known as a clear, concise writer and a calm negotiator. He has brought these skills to numerous infrastructure projects, including the GO Expansion, the Ontario Line, the Gordie Howe International Bridge, the Champlain Bridge Replacement, Montreal's Réseau Express Métropolitain, the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, and Ottawa's Confederation Line. On these engagements, he has advised both senior leadership and on-the-ground teams, helping municipalities, contractors, and developers negotiate partnerships, joint ventures, development agreements, and projects on Indigenous lands, as well as CCDC contracts. Patrick has also advised on commercial arrangements in heavily regulated sectors such as utilities and passenger rail, and has represented clients in negotiations with a broad mix of counterparties, from public agencies to law firms.
