About Todd
Todd Bissett co-founded Pulse Law in 2025 after more than two decades as a partner at prominent US and international law firms, including managing a China practice at an AmLaw 100 firm. He was called to the California Bar in 2001 and the Ontario Bar in 2013, and his practice focuses on startup formation, venture financings, and M&A for companies from early-stage to multinational. He is listed in Lexpert/ALM 500 and Best Lawyers in Canada.
