About Mark

Mark Radulescu is a partner at GGFI and leads the firm's litigation department. His civil litigation practice covers employment, estate disputes, construction liens, defamation, and commercial disputes including franchise litigation, and he's appeared before the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He also acts for franchisors and assists with residential real estate. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto in 2009 and joined the partnership in 2016.
