About Olivia

Olivia Moore is a Partner at Robert Coates LLP whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and negotiating commercial contracts. Olivia advises clients across sectors including transport, construction, agriculture, retail and manufacturing on local, national and international transactions. Olivia joined the firm's Business Law Group in 2011, working on projects involving multiple jurisdictions and regulated manufacturing processes, and returned to Robert Coates LLP in 2014. Olivia is fluent in English and French and also has language ability in Romanian, German, Russian, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. Olivia serves as a director of Friends for Mental Health, a non-profit that supports friends and family of people affected by mental health disorders.
