About Daniel

Daniel Weber is a Principal Partner at Robert Coates LLP, practising corporate and commercial law and real estate law, with experience in real estate and general business matters including construction, development, financing and commercial leasing. He also has experience in estates and capacity litigation, representing beneficiaries and trustees in will challenges, contested passing of accounts, dependant support claims, and breach of fiduciary duty disputes. Since 2005 he has given seminars to employees and managers of federal departments and other professionals on estate planning and estate management, and the Law Society of Upper Canada invited him to speak at webinars on a lawyer's obligations when dealing with clients with disabilities. He also developed and taught the estate module for the Law Society's French Practical Program.
