About Olivia
Olivia Giacobbi is an associate on parental leave who handles a full range of family law matters for clients. She helps clients resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, and represents them in court litigation when that becomes necessary. Olivia summered and articled at Epstein Cole, gaining experience on challenging parenting and financial law files. She earned her law degree, with cum laude standing, from the University of Ottawa in 2020, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021. Olivia also spent time studying law abroad at Queen Mary University of London and the London School of Economics. She belongs to the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates' Society.
