About Charlotte
Charlotte practises primarily in family law, assisting clients with marital separations, spousal agreements, child and spousal support, property disputes, and adoptions. She works toward negotiated resolutions but regularly attends court, having appeared before the Court of King's Bench and in private arbitration hearings, and has represented clients as intervener counsel in regulatory hearings before the Public Utilities Board. Charlotte was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2019 and won the Southern Varsities Mooting Competition and the McKay Cup Canadian Mooting Competition in 2016.
