About Dana
Dana practises primarily in civil litigation, including estate litigation, personal injury, negligence, contract disputes, commercial litigation, debt collection, and construction claims and builders liens. Kochan also focuses on wills and estates and elder law, assisting clients with committeeship applications, dependant's relief applications, passing of accounts, and matters relating to capacity and undue influence claims. Dana was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2000 and serves as a learning group facilitator for several Law Society of Manitoba CPLED programs, including written advice and advocacy, client relationship management, and practice management.
